2. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile application “Doughminator” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), which is offered through the Apple App Store. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.

 

3. Description of Services

The App offers features for planning and preparing pizza dough. After a free trial period, all content and features are available only with a paid subscription. The scope of features may change as the app continues to evolve.

 

4. Prices and Payment

The App uses in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. Prices and durations of the available subscriptions are displayed in the App. All payments are processed by Apple. The terms and conditions of the Apple App Store apply.

 

5. Cancellation and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is managed via your Apple ID account settings. Direct cancellation through the provider is not possible.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

Since the content is digital and available immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB, provided the user has expressly agreed to the immediate provision and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

 

7. Liability

Use of the App is at your own risk. The provider accepts no liability for the accuracy of calculations, baking results, or possible intolerances. The App serves as planning support and does not replace professional advice.

8. Privacy

The App does not use tracking and does not collect any personal data on behalf of the provider. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Changes to the Terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any changes in an appropriate manner.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered location.
